CrossRoads Missions serves in Piedras Negras, Mexico, by sharing Christ’s love and meeting the needs of local ministry partners through outreach activities and construction projects.
My role with CrossRoads Mexico is the Director of Operations. This role includes working with full-time staff to carry out established goals, fostering relationships with ministry partners, and evaluating how we can serve Piedras Negras together. In addition, I oversee administrative tasks, provide financial accounting, and coordinate general care for staff and U.S. participants who help us serve in the community. What excites me most is the opportunity to connect our ministry partners with volunteers who come to serve and use their passions and talents!
CrossRoads Mexico works with several different local ministries. When groups come along (from churches, colleges, etc.), we match up the needs of our partner ministries with the skills and passions of what the groups bring with them. The following ministries are our current local partners:
Casa de Paz
Casa de Paz is a children’s home located in the center of the city.
Colegio Libertad
Colegio Libertad is a private Christian school, providing education to children from nursery through junior high (9th grade).
Casa Bethesda
Casa Bethesda is a home for abandoned people with disabilities.
